The LGNW Series combines the high-speed, high-precision capabilities of direct-drive linear motors with a robust strip-seal cover for superior environmental protection. Designed for sensitive manufacturing processes in dusty or contaminated environments, it delivers 2μm repeatability without the maintenance risks of open systems. Whether for PCB spray printing or medical device assembly, the LGNW provides the reliability your high-throughput line demands.
Unlike standard open-frame linear motors, the LGNW Series utilizes a high-durability strip seal cover. This design protects the internal motor components and precision bearings from debris while simultaneously containing any internal particulates, making it an excellent choice for both cleanroom and light industrial applications.
The integrated strip seal cover provides a robust barrier against dust and particulate contamination, making the LGNW ideal for industrial environments where performance cannot be compromised.
Utilizing ironless motor technology, the LGNW eliminates magnetic cogging to deliver the ultra-smooth motion required for high-resolution scanning and PCB printing.
The one-piece motor and carriage design maximizes surface area for heat dissipation, ensuring thermal stability and consistent 2μm repeatability during high-speed operations.
A patented single oil nozzle system provides simultaneous lubrication to both the rail and slider, ensuring long-term reliability with minimal downtime.
