The LCF3 Series represents the absolute peak of TOYO's cleanroom technology. By utilizing the advanced iron core architecture of the LTF3, the LCF3 achieves massive thrust levels while maintaining an ISO Class 4 (Class 10/100) environment. The integrated stainless steel strip seals and dual vacuum suction ports work in tandem to capture and extract 100% of internal particulates, ensuring that even under high-load, high-speed duty cycles, your cleanroom integrity remains absolute.
Building on the LCF2 legacy, the LCF3 features upgraded stainless steel strip seals and an optimized internal architecture to meet rigorous ISO Class 4 standards with even higher reliability.
Standard dual vacuum ports create a negative pressure environment, ensuring that 100% of internal particulates from high-speed motion are captured and extracted.
The LCF3 delivers the highest thrust-to-volume ratio available in a cleanroom module, with peak forces reaching 1748N to handle the most demanding sterile automation tasks.
