The JTHS Series is the "Platinum" flagship of TOYO's desktop robot portfolio. Designed for the most demanding high-speed and high-precision applications, it replaces traditional stepper technology with powerful AC Servo motors. This architectural upgrade doubles the maximum Point-to-Point velocity (1000 mm/s) and cuts repeatability down to an exceptional ±0.005 mm. When industrial production requires uncompromising accuracy, heavy tool loads, and rapid cycle times within a compact desktop footprint, the JTHS series delivers.
Powered by high-response AC servo motors on all axes, delivering 1000 mm/s PTP speeds and entirely eliminating the risk of missed steps associated with stepper systems.
Combines an industrial-grade Cartesian chassis with precision ball screws to achieve an exceptional ±0.005mm repeatability across all axes.
The AC servo drive system significantly increases load handling capabilities, supporting up to 15 kg on the X-axis for heavier tooling and larger parts.
